Shane Warren has more then 16 years experience in human resource leadership and organizational development consulting. In those years he has assisted companies with growth and issues of change all over the world. Prior to establishing himself as a highly sort after consultant in the corporate world he was a well respected leader in the community welfare sector advising peak bodies, not-for-profit organizations, religious groups and various levels of government on the support needs of young adults.

Shane sits on the boards of a number private companies and provide consulting, training and employee welfare services for small businesses and multi-national corporations across the Asia Pacific region.

He brings to the room more then a 2000 hours of training - working with people in different learning modes including lecturing masters students in leadership, communication and counselling skills; workshop facilitation within companies, as well as general public seminars in a number of areas; and tutoring senior management and boards of directors in staffing matters,

Shane is a registered psychotherapist with training in specialists areas of psychology (Australia and the USA); a certified practicing hypnotherapist and a certified practicing coach.
