3. Identify your current level of stress
4. Learn fun & easy destressing techniques to be practiced anywhere (workplace, home)
Outline
The physical and psychological damages of stress overload: ailments, anxiety/depression
Self-evaluation: my current level of stress
Stressing factors: what are they, why are they stressing
Self-evaluation: my personal stressing factors
Introduction to the Eastern approach : the vital energy, the meridians, the acupressure points
Easy East-meets-West stress relief techniques, to calm yourself, relax the body,
prevent or minimize anxiety, frustration, fatigue, tension, hyperactivity:
- breathing
- flex & release
- stretching
- self-acupressure (finger-pressure on the acupuncture points)
