De-Stressing Techniques Workshop

Introduction

In this half-day workshop, you will understand what stress is, discover your personal stressing factors and actual stress level, and learn how to manage it efficiently, using proven western and eastern techniques.

Learn simple stress relief techniques, to calm yourself, relax the body, prevent or minimize anxiety, frustration, fatigue, tension, hyperactivity through breathing exercises, flexing and stretching techniques as well as self-acupressure (finger-pressure on the acupuncture points) to relieve stress.

The current economy downturn is a major source of stress, which can lead to anxiety, frustration, aggressiveness, less efficiency, memory losses, and even depression and burn out. Responsibilities, life events, lack of money, project deadlines, group projects, conflicts, deception, struggles, insufficient sleep, inflation, are stressing factors as well.
