Managing Customer Complaints Trainer Richard Lim started his career in Human Resource Management and Development in 1989. He has held various appointments, such as HR Manager in Best Denki, Assistant Training Manager in SAFE Superstore, HR Officer in Yaohan Best and Technical Training Officer with Singapore Republic of Navy. He has over 14 years of experience in the development and implementation of Human Resource Policies, Performance Management System, Retail Management Trainee Program, Team Building, Retail Selling and Customer Service Skills Training, Supervisory Skill, Merchandise Display and Customer Complaints Management. He is proficient in the Chinese language and this has brought him to work in Taiwan and Hong Kong for Best Denki to revamp their retail training system and conducted train-the-trainer programs for middle management staff in Mandarin. One of his passions is in employee development where he has developed various techniques to assist staff in applying their learning, such as behaviour check-list, job oriented performance appraisal and on-the-job training handbook, etc. Apart from HRM specialization, Richard has also conducted in-house programs for SME and MNC organizations in Retail Selling, Customer-Service, Performance Management, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Personal Effectiveness, Communication and Relationship Management and Team Building. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Diploma in Human Resource Management, Diploma in Training & Development Management, Diploma in Training Management and Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
