Introduction

Conflict is an inevitable part of organizational life and can have both positive and negative consequences. The aim of this workshop is not eliminate all conflicts but to take advantage of the positive effects which a conflict generates and to minimize the negative effects through Negotiation Alternatives. The workshop identifies the roadblocks and seeks alternatives and work towards the Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement.
