Admin Writing Skills Workshop Trainer Michelle Luehman, has worked in been based in Asia for 10 years. Her training and development career began in Australia where she worked with some of the largest private and government agencies before being recruited to Asia. She is an accomplished facilitator and professional trainer with 18 years experience in training design and delivery in the private and public sectors. Her topics and delivery are always practical, insightful and useful. Michelle specializes in the Service, Banking, and Government and Retail sectors of the market. She has delivered training programs, workshops and developed training manuals for many of the world’s most eminent companies, customers include, Cathay Pacific, Qantas, Microsoft, Accenture, Unilever, Carrefour, DBS – Vickers, OCBC bank, Star hub, SPH Media and Phillips. Having combined a training and development career with line management roles she is well aware of what is needed to perform in these different environments and importantly what customers and managers expect from their staff. The ability to clearly communicate in writing and meetings she considers one of the major expectations from managers, customers and for your career. Her classes are highly interactive, fun and informative, full of the latest information and techniques and she makes sure that everyone participates learns and walks away with practical skills they can apply on the job.
