Introduction

Training is a key component in Learning and Development. Organizations today emphasize on continuous learning and it is imperative that we grow our talent by providing them with the skills to become effective presenters and trainers. Trainers who have acquired the relevant skills through this Train-the-Trainer program could communicate corporate messages and directions professionally and more effectively. Moreover, the ability to stand in front of a crowd and deliver a program or presentation confidently and succinctly would lend credibility to the trainer or presenter. Good trainers have to learn and hone the appropriate skills in order to be fluent. They are not born with them.
