Dr. Wong Wee Chwee has been a senior HR practitioner for more than 28 years. He was Regional HR Director for several large multinational corporations and General Manager, Corporate Affairs for 2 listed companies. His last assignment was Director, Organizational Development of Avnet Asia, a US Fortune 500 company.
Dr. Wong is an associate lecturer with several British and American Universities and has been lecturing part-time for more than 18 years. He teaches HRM, HRD, Organizational Development, Strategic Management and Organizational Behavior.
He also conducts public workshops on Labour Law & Employment Practices for Asian countries and training on Action Learning, Effective Management, Communications Protocol, Train-the-Trainer, etc.
Dr. Wong possesses a Doctorate in Education and a Masters in Business Administration.
